Restaurant-Grade Hardwood Charcoal
Hand-selected large lumps of dense Nigerian hardwood — principally Ayin (Anogeissus leiocarpus) — graded for long, steady, high-heat burning in restaurants, grill houses, steakhouses and hospitality kitchens.
Product Overview
Professional kitchens demand charcoal that lights predictably, holds a stable high temperature through a full service, and leaves little ash to manage. Our Restaurant-Grade Hardwood Charcoal is selected specifically for that environment: large, dense pieces of mature Nigerian hardwood that have been carbonised slowly and sorted by hand to remove undersized lumps, bark and fines.
The result is a premium product suited to charcoal ovens (Josper-style), robata and yakitori grills, steakhouse broilers, shawarma and suya grills, and high-volume catering where consistency matters more than anything else. Buyers who serve restaurant distributors, hospitality groups and speciality food-service wholesalers will find this grade commands a strong position in their range.
